Weekend Wonders
Always nice to see what The Universe presents when you pay close attention to details.
Yesterday I was watching some West Indies - India cricket, day 3 of their test match.
When the West Indies were bowling, their bowler Jason Holder got his 100th wicket in test match cricket, well done.
Also an Indian batsman got his very first 50 runs in a test match.
His fellow batsman got his first 100 in a test match, finishing at 111 from 225 balls.
Later on, with India bowling, Jasprit Bumrah got a legitimite hat-trick of three wickets in a row, all of that in just one over. He's only the third cricket player from India to ever achieve that - Wow!
So we got a maiden 50, a maiden 100 and a maiden hat-trick, all in the span of less than three hours.
This Sunday I checked out a little Formula 1, with the race having a total of 44 laps.
Meaning that when they were on the final lap you could clearly see on the screen Lap 44/44The race was won by Charles Leclerc in car number 16 = 4+4+4+4.
Second place was Lewis Hamilton in his car with the number 44.
Hours later, when checking back in on day 4 of that cricket match, they showed the Indian batsman standing next to the West Indies' wicket keeper in a way that you could see the numbers on their jerseys.
Both guys wore number 44, so right there on the screen was another 44 44.
They showed that happening multiple times.
And of course I just happened to take a look at the scores when they showed on the screen that 44.4 overs had been played.
At the same time that match went on there was also the Finals of the women's cricket going on, and just as I checked how that was going, the batting team's score was 144-4, as in one fourty four for four.
Very symbolically and much to my pleasure the Western Storm beat the Southern Vipers in that final.
Well played, Universe :-)
In addition we got a nice big RainBow in the sky this afternoon - even though it hadn't rained at all.
Playing along nicely with that was our beloved Sun, having a bit of a party this weekend:
The Rising Tide raises All Ships.
Lots of Love and Light
