I have talked to Inana from Berlin for a few weeks, but apart from that I only communicate with My Higher Self, my real ME, my I AM.
Whatever you may read from me comes from My Higher Self, and I only post what is also approved by My Heart feeling that it is Right.

Sorry to comment and not respond. I apparently had a spontaneous Kundalini awakening after the meditation in January and found out that I am a Physical Medium who can go into full Trance (a la Lee Carroll/Kryon). And have been, unbeknownst to me, channeling and physically controlled pretty well all of my life by entities/spirits/people who can astral project. It was a rude awakening, unfortunately. I am just coming down and feeling grounded again.

DeleteThis whole energetic upgrade thing is one big awesome sucking vortex of time. It's beautiful and scary, or scary beautiful. Whatever works. Acceptance of self seems to be the dish du jour. If I could accurately describe the amazing bliss that is now on its way I'd be a famous poet...or Emily Bronte. I haven't decided yet. HA! The tide seems to have turned...finally. :)

A few weeks ago I woke up and heard a song in my head that I hadn't heard in almost 15 years. When I openen the YouTube page hours later that song was RIGHT THERE as a recommendation. Really cool how this always works, and I'm proud to be a part in all of this.
